Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
