If your product still isn’t working out for you after reaching out, we’ll gladly issue a refund - subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility
Our Money-back guarantee applies only to single-product orders. Orders containing multiple products are not eligible for a refund under this policy. Refunds apply only to the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
We reserve the right to request the return of the product before processing any refund. If a return is required, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Lost or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. For damaged items, include photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue. For lost shipments, we may require confirmation from the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund. In either case, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly-whether through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
